Golf Tournament...

Each July the Foundation hosts its annual golf tournament fundraiser. This event serves the dual purposes of raising operating revenues and exposing the public to the needs of the Fruit Valley Neighborhood.

The 2008 Event will be held on Friday, July 18th, 1:00pm at Tri Mountain Golf Course.

The format is four-person scramble. Full teams and individuals are encouraged to register; co-ed welcome. Cost per person is $75 for early registration (before June 1st) and $100 up until the day of the event. The day will include 18 holes with a cart, buffet lunch and a raffle drawing. Prizes will be awarded for low team score, long drive and closest to pin.

There are a number of sponsorship opportunities at this event including:

• Title Sponsor at Silver Partnership Level: $5000
  This includes Banner signage at the event, mention as the title sponsor in all publications and a newspaper "thank you", a four-man entry, among other benefits!
  
• Partner: $1000
  Partners will have individual signage on a dedicated golf hole, a four-man entry and recognition throughout the day and in promotional materials.
  
• Sponsor: $500
  Individual Signage for one hole or skill shot (KP, Long Drive) and recognition throughout the day.
  
• Raffle Item Donor: Varies
  All items are included in raffle drawing for which tickets are sold at the event and all proceeds go to benefit the Foundation

Getting Involved

This event is also an opportunity to get to know others who are dedicated to Fruit Valley and the needs there. If you are interested in participating individually or with a team, or you would like to help at a different giving level please let your tournament representative know. There are also a number of volunteer opportunities that the Fruit Valley Foundation Staff is ready to share with you.

Become a Working Partner

Through dedicated partnerships, we have begun addressing the basic needs facing our community. This year we are looking for partners willing to donate $1000 or more toward the purchase of food, clothing and other basic items for our neighbors. Each of our golf tournament sponsors will be recognized in all tournament promotional material, on clear signage at the Club House, on an individual golf hole, and with a "Thank You" in The Columbian.
